Your payment is non refundable.
The rental charge is payable in full on or before thirty (30) days
prior to your reservation date. Payment may be made with cash,
personal check (no checks accepted within 30 days of reservation
date), or credit card (all major credit cards are accepted).
Reservations, Refund and Cancellation Policies:
Houseboats require an initial payment of $600.00 for partial week
rentals or $1,200.00 for a full week. The original payment is applied
toward your rental and the full rental charge is due 30 days prior to
arrival. Refunds of your rental charge will not be given in the event
of cancellation or early termination; however, credit may be given for
the use in the Off Season (before Memorial Day and after Labor Day)
depending upon availability and has to be used toward same like and
kind of original reservation or upgrades only. You may also apply this
rental charge to another season, provided you are willing to pay the
difference, if any, in the in-season rate; depending upon
availability. The expiration date for such credit is one year from
date of your notice of cancellation.
A Damage Deposit of $600.00 is required the date of arrival (Cash or
Credit Cards only) and is fully refundable at the end of your trip
provided there is no damage to the unit, boat is returned in a timely
manner and in reasonably clean condition. Cash deposits are returned
immediately, Credit Card deposits are refunded 7-10 business days
after the end of your trip.
All houseboats are PET FRIENDLY. Rentals are subject to a Pet Fee of
$40 and a Pet Damage Deposit of $200 per pet.
